MENA

The Middle East and North (MENA) is a vast region that spans three continents: parts of West Asia, North Africa and a small part of Europe. MENA region is at the center between East and West, and today as was the case historically, it connects Asia to Europe, Africa, and the Americas through trade routes, more than five strategic straits, and countless logistics hubs and Special Economic Zones. MENA region consists of 23 countries, listed in alphabetic order: Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Gaza/West Bank and Yemen.

With a total population near 600 million people, MENA countries share a common history by enlarge yet do exhibit diverse cultures, languages, and different paths of economic, social, and political development.
